Concept
Creating The Edge exists to maximise its client’s bottom
line, through business coaching.
- We help improve the effectiveness of both the
owner/manager and his/her business - a powerful
combination. Some advisers simply work on the person and
not the business or vice versa. Our two-pronged service
approach is unique. We believe that you can't improve the
business without improving the owner, and you can't bring
greater freedom and happiness to the owner without re-shaping.
- We know who we are. We are not consultants. We are not
experts in our clients' businesses or industries. We never
pretend to be. We are coaches, facilitators, optimisers
and liberators. We are experts at helping owners,
professionals and executives become more focused, effective
and productive - to unlock the potential in themselves
and their businesses. We help hold clients accountable to
themselves and their goals.
- We are not trainers nor consultants. We are not "here
today and gone tomorrow". We form long-term
relationships with our clients. Our process is
on going, coaching and accountability.
- We are affordable, both in terms of time and money. Our
clients find a personal strategic retreat to be very beneficial
and the investment to be very affordable.
- We know that long seminars and lengthy lectures don't
work. What we do is different, we offer short, action-oriented
coaching sessions held on a weekly basis and we
do it at your workplace – eliminating costly
travel expenses and major downtime for your staff.
- We've learned that our process works best when applied
on-site with small groups. We utilize time-proven and experience-tested
principles. Team dynamics, spaced repetition, and immediate
application are the keys to success.
We meet with you to determine exactly what it is you want
to accomplish. Our process focuses on what's important to
you – not on what some "guru" or a new "management
fad" says is important. Your goals become the driving
force behind our results-centred process.
