History

Creating The Edge Training was founded by Frikkie le Roux in August 1998. He developed the company into a successful organisation with: National Franchisees,Development Franchisees and Franchisees throughout South Africa.

In October 2003, he accepted a temporary position with one of the largest performance improvement companies is Canada as Vice President, and worked with the Canadian Organization for a period of 5 months. In April 2004 he returned to South Africa with a new focus on the African Market.In July 2008 Frikkie handed over the manage responsibilities of the South African Organization to Evan Lombaard. Frikkie is now developing the highly successful Creating the Edge brand in Australasia

He also received special directors training that were held in: Zimbabwe, Waco Texas USA, Singapore , Destin Florida USA, Palm Springs California. Frikkie also attended World convention training held in Amelia Island Florida, Destin Florida and Palm Springs California.

During this period he had the opportunity to receive training as well as provide training to Companies in Canada, Namibia, South Africa, and Swaziland.

Frikkie received several international awards, which include the International Sales Olympics champion Bronze medal for recruitment in 2000 and 2001 as well as the progressive realization award in 2001, for sales growth of 300%.
